Shipping Logistics
Our logistics are handled by Asendia Singapore,
utilising the global network of its parent companies, Swiss Post and La Poste,
with DHL Express handling expedited deliveries.
Local deliveries within Singapore are shipped via SingPost End-to-End Delivery.
Duties & Tariffs
United States:
Our shipping calculator accounts for "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) on all orders bound for the U.S. This allows for applicable tariffs to be calculated upfront and collected at checkout, to ensure smooth delivery.
Global Market:
All other international orders are shipped on a "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
