Local deliveries within Singapore are shipped via SingPost End-to-End Delivery.

United States:
Our shipping calculator accounts for "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) on all orders bound for the U.S. This allows for applicable tariffs to be calculated upfront and collected at checkout, to ensure smooth delivery.

Global Market:
All other international orders are shipped on a "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Quality Assurance:
To maintain strict quality standards, all our products are individually inspected and packaged in-house.

Final Sale Policy:
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, tools designed for direct contact with food
are considered final sale and non-returnable.
This applies to our range of espresso tools once they leave our facility.

Shipping Damage:
We will gladly replace any items damaged in transit. In such a scenario, please
contact us within 48hrs of delivery, so that we may coordinate this process with you.
